2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:
- Express: 3–6 business days
- Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!
5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unworn, unused sandals in original condition with tags attached. If your pair arrives damaged, defective, or wrong size, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). 6. Are your sandals comfortable and durable? Yes! We prioritize cushioned footbeds, flexible soles, breathable straps, and quality materials (real leather, EVA, rubber) for all-day comfort and longevity. Many include adjustable buckles or velcro for a custom fit.
7. How do I care for my AvenSandal sandals? Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. For leather, use a leather conditioner occasionally. Avoid machine washing unless specified. Air dry away from direct heat/sun to maintain shape and color.
